Today I thought I'd show you my collection of Pop Beauty nail polishes. That sounds like a more monumental task than it is - it consists of two colors.
First up is Grass, a slightly muted green creme. It's a bit jelly in texture, but is opaque in three coats. Here it is with a base and top coat.
The other is the very creatively named Yellow, which is a retina-searing highlighter yellow creme. It's not quite as neon as Essie's Funky Limelight, ans it took four coats to be opaque. Here it is with a base and top coat, but the picture isn't quite as neon as the polish (despite my attempts at photographing it in every possible light).
My overall impression is that these are nice, solid nail polishes, which apply and dry well, and that the colors are interesting but not unique. I definitely don't think they're worth their price tag of $14. I sprung for them when there was a coupon code for them just to try them, but I doubt I'll get more even if there's another code. There are other brands with a smaller price tag, more unique colors, and better application and dry time, so this will likely be the limit of my Pop Beauty nail polish collection.
That's it for today, Dear Reader. Until next time, love and nail polish to you!
