Blog changes and comments grrrrr....

I had installed Intense debate butover the past week it has gone wonky.Sometimes I can't see comments, sometimes I can, it's eating comments, and sometimes ID comments is just gone. When I go to Intense Debates on my dashboard it would say I did not have Id installed but if I tried to install it said it was already installed.....tech was no help at all. they kept wanting me to send them links to
