I really wanted to wear the polish that prompted my recent Lippmann order today, and that's Deborah Lippmann Good Girl Gone Bad. I had the mini from the Party Like a Rockstar set from a few years back, maybe 2008, and loved it. I was sad that in only came in that set, so I used up my mini in a couple of manicures and hoped it would eventually be available by itself full size, so when I found out that it finally was, I was happy. Here's a stock image of the Party Like a Rockstar set so you don't have to hunt for what I'm talking about.

Good Girl Gone bad is the gorgeous sparkly dark raspberry in the middle, and it's a lot nicer than that picture. Fortunately, I have actual pictures to show you so you don't just have to take my word for that.
My manicure is base coat, two coats of Good Girl Gone Bad, and top coat. The polish is very smooth with top coat and sparkles like little suns in direct sunlight.

I see this as one of those polishes that's not a spectacularly new idea (realistically, it's just a raspberry shimmer), but it's such a great rendition of it that it's a special polish just the same. I think these are my favorite kinds of nail polish, really, just an exceptional take on a very wearable color.
That's Lippmann Good Girl Gone Bad and all I have for you today, Dear Reader, so until next time, love and nail polish to you!
